You can pay online at checkout, which keeps delivery in Pakistan at Rs 300, or choose Cash on Delivery, which has a Rs 500 delivery charge. Paying online saves you Rs 200.
No. Cash on Delivery is only available for orders delivered within Pakistan. International orders are paid online at checkout.
Yes. We supply companies, sports teams, gyms and businesses with large field staff, in Pakistan and abroad. We also offer logo and pattern customisation and private-label manufacturing. Contact us with the quantity and style you need.
Orders within Pakistan usually arrive in 2–4 working days. The USA, UK and the rest of the world usually take 7–14 working days. Customs or courier delays can occasionally add a few days. See our Shipping Policy.
Yes. We ship worldwide from Pakistan, with tracking from the moment your parcel leaves us.
You can return or exchange an item within 10 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and undamaged, and you will need your Order ID or invoice. Message our WhatsApp helpline to get the return form. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Refunds are processed by bank transfer within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item. We refund 100% — no store credit or wallets — but we cannot refund in cash.
International orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders can only be returned if there is a fault from our side, such as a manufacturing defect.
Every bag is cut and stitched by hand in one of three ranges: Premium in full-grain leather with stainless steel hardware, Classic in hard-wearing PVC resin (faux leather), and Value Picks in lightweight polyester.
